We collect the data when you download a publication or have it forwarded to you by email from our website. The address is stored and usage of the links to our advertisers may be tracked through the use of cookies or from unique identification of the link you made to the advertisers site. Please note that your own user setting on your computer may also control the use of cookies and if you are concerned about such, we recommend you set your computer to turn cookies off.

Who will use the data?

We will use the data to track the effectiveness of our publications or the advertising of our customers, although this is not usually to the extent of uniquely identifying an individual’s data. In some instances where you have used links in our publication to source services, we may pass your address details to that customer so that they may provide you with additional relevant marketing materials. Such use is restricted to ourselves and those advertisers for whom we collect the limited information and we will not pass your details to unrelated third parties or sell our information.

May I know what information you have collected?

If you request, we can supply you with the information we have collected from your IP address or email address and if this has caused you any concern, we can delete the information forthwith.
